Youth Night – with the theme on Priesthood  this Sunday 29th April, at 6.30-8.30pm in the narthex area. Join us for a sausage sizzle, games and Q & A with Fr Terry where we will have the opportunity to get up, close and personal with our local priest. GOLDEN JUBILEE CLEBRATION DINNER 17 FEBRUARY 2012

Bookings are now open for our celebration dinner at the Riversdale Golf Club.

Ticket prices are as follows and booking forms are available in the narthex from ticket sellers from now until early February.

NATIONAL CHURCH LIFE SURVEY 13 NOVEMBER 2011

On the 13 November you will be asked to complete a Church Life survey during Mass.It is designed to assist the parish to reflect on its life and mission and to find and build on strengths already in our church. The primary purpose is to support the parish in its mission and plan for the future with solid research. Surveys will be available in English & Italian and also for children and youth of our parish. Surveys will be completed during Masses that weekend.

ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING 2011

The Parish Pastoral Council would like to invite all parishioners to attend the 2011 Annual General Meeting to be held at 7.30pm on Monday 10th October in the narthex. The guest speaker this year will be Fr Kevin Lenehan who will talk on our Catholic identity. Supper will be provided at the conclusion of the meeting.

ANNUAL PARISH GOLF DAY

The 2011 Annual parish Golf Day will be held on Sunday 9 October at Kyneton Golf Course. Cost will be $40 for golf and BBQ lunch. Tee off time is 8:00 AM. If you are interested in playing, please contact the office on 9857 6395.

If so, please assist us by submitting the details to the parish office well in advance of the date.  The ‘contact us’ tab can be used to send an email to the parish address. It’s a good way to let others know what’s on.

CONFIRMATION 2011

Bishop Hilton Deakin will confirm 22 children of our parish on Friday, 2 September at 7.30pm.  On 21 August  we welcome these children at Mass and entrust to them the Apostles’ Creed, the faith of the Church into which they are being initiated.  Please remember them in your prayers as they prepare to take this important step.  May they be filled with the gifts of the Holy Spirit!
