FOCOLARE GEN4FEST

For girls and boys aged 4-9. Come along to an afternoon together with lots of games and fun, and also a time to learn together how we can love Jesus more and how we can give this love to everyone around us! This weekend, Sunday, 29 April 2012, 1:30-4:30pm, St Bridgets School Hall. Please feel free to bring any friends. A short program also for the parents will be running. Please bring something to share for Afternoon Tea. Cost: donation to cover expenses of the day.

MUSIC @ 5.30PM SUNDAY YOUTH MASS

Singers, guitarists, string instruments, or any other musical instruments, we would love you to be part of a new music group to play for the Sunday night 5.30pm YouthMass.  Please contact the parish office if you are interested or email youth.greythorn@cam.org.au

Youth Night – with the theme on Priesthood  this Sunday 29th April, at 6.30-8.30pm in the narthex area. Join us for a sausage sizzle, games and Q & A with Fr Terry where we will have the opportunity to get up, close and personal with our local priest. CHOIR PRACTICE

Will be held with Sr Kathleen at 7.45pm on Monday 30 April in the church to prepare for singing on Sunday 6 May at the 10.00am Mass.

What’s happening with the Youth at St Bridget’s?

The Youth@ St Bridget’s Greythorn (Year 6-8) are going bowling.
We will meet at Box Hill Tenpin – Healthways, 3-11 Arcade Rd, Mont Albert on Tuesday April 10th. We will meet at 4pm and participants are to be picked up by 6pm.
The cost is $20, which includes shoe rental, and as much bowling as we can do in two hours! Awesome! Flyers are available in the Narthex.

PATHWAY OF THE PASSION

Pathway of the Passion will begin at 11am on Good Friday starting at North Balwyn Baptist Church, 136 Doncaster Rd, ending at North Balwyn Village Carpark. Refreshments from 10.30am.

GRATITUDE – GOLDEN JUBILEE YEAR OF CELEBRATIONS

On behalf of the Parish Council I would like to express my gratitude to those who worked tirelessly throughout our Jubilee Year planning the magnificent celebratory events, culminating with the Celebration Dinner on Friday 17^th February. EXTRAORDINARY MINISTERS OF HOLY COMMUNION
